joy in the journey right?
last night at 1:30 in the am i finished the final Harry Potter and for the record i thought it was amazing. The other 6 books were great as well but it seemed to me that i enjoyed reading the 7th so much that even if i hadn't enjoyed the others they would have all been worth reading just to be able to read the 7th. i was so determined to avoid those people giving away the ending and to not rush through the book just to finish it. I wanted to enjoy every detail of it, but then yesterday happened and i ended up reading the last 400 pages or so. I lost all desire to go slowly. now i just need to find it in Spanish...

I'm only half way through. I should read it. It's sitting right next to me!
ReplyDeleteisnt that great when it happens that voldemort is really dumbledore in disguise. And then, that last scene where Harry has to fight dumbledore face to face and kill him, while Ron and Hermione have already died.
ReplyDeleteI am started a misinformation campaign. spread all the lies you can.
Oh vantastic, that is so not funny, you know that I only started the series. That's right, I broke down and have finally decided to join the masses, but only for two very good reasons. First, all the books are written and I will not have to wait painfully for any more to come out, but can leisurly peruse, knowing all the books are at my disposal. Second, because my students have deigned to lend them to me...without me ever asking. HA! Far be it for me to not read a book that is fairly plopped in my lap. Finished the first in about two days...I'll have to continue letting you know how I get on. :)
